International Technical Officials Course – Mombasa – Kenya

The Kenya Diving and Lifesaving Federation organised an ILS International Technical Officials and Referees course from 8 to 15 April 2018.
The course took place in Mombasa, Kenya.
The course was attended by 36 students, 1 from Uganda, 1 from Tanzania and 34 from Kenya.
The Instructor was Commander Wim Nuyens from Belgium, Member of the ILS Sport Commission.
